A doctor called and was having issues logging into Crouse from an Upstate Computer.
I spoke with the Upstate Help Desk, this is an issue where the Single sign on, on the upstate computer is conflicting with the single sign on from the remote Crouse gateway.
They explained the Physician would need to suspend the single sign on for their upstate PC to be able to successfully log on.
Their help desk can assist doctors to do this and their help desk number is 315-464-4115.
Wanted to ensure we were all aware of this challenge for our upstate providers.
