setup a new option for connecting in via Remote Desktop directly rather than using VPN (Palo Alto) or Citrix. You will find this a much easier and stable option.
With this option, you only need to Ā use the Remote Desktop application.
You will need to make a one-time change on your home PC:
- In Remote Desktop Connection, click show options

- Click Advanced tab
- Click āSettingsā for āConnect from anywhereā
- Select āUse these RD Gateway settingsā
oĀ Ā Server name: gateway.crouse.org
- Back at āGeneralā page of RDP enter your work PC name appended with ā.snet.crouse.orgā
- Click connect
