Please contact your Crouse Hospital Resource for permission/authorization to remote in
Once you get authorization, please call the Crouse IT Helpdesk to change the password and enable your account. You can contact them at 315-470-2600
** Please note: We can only send an email Securely to your Corporate Email. We cannot change your password over the phone
Connection Step-by-Step
Surf to: https://vendors.crouse.org
Type in your UserName and Password. You do not need to put our domain, CHNET, here
You will be presented with Remote Desktop Connection
(“RDP”) icon
If you are presented with this box, please prefix your username with CHNET
For example: CHNET\zVendorTestRDP
You will now be presented with a RemoteApp box to confirm that you Trust our Server. You can optionally select “Don’t ask me again…”
Click on Connect here to proceed with loading the RDP application
At this point you should see the “Starting your app” progress box
Finally, you’ll be able to enter in the Server to which you want to connect
** You may have to append the FQDN “.snet.crouse.org” to the end of the server name.
