If you wish to print to a PDF from your local machine (Home, place of business), you must install a PDF Printer on your local machine.
There are a few, free, ones such as CutePDF and PDFCreator
Windows 11 has one built in. Screen shot below. It’s called Microsoft Print to PDF. You would use the Redirected one
Once you install it’ll be available next time you connect into Crouse
When you’re ready to print, use the printer you installed above that says “Redirected #” The number will vary.
** Do not select “Save to PDF” That will not save it to your local machine **
