Prevent Frequent Disconnects

For best reliability and to prevent Android disconnects please turn off MAC randomization by following the below instructions.

  1. Open the Settings.
  2. Tap Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap the gear icon associated with the network monitored
  4. Tap MAC address type.
  5. Tap Phone MAC.
  6. Re-join the network.
