Crouse Appstream Access – Step-by-Step

Step 1 — Open the Login Page

Go to https://awsapps.crouse.org

Step 2 — Sign In

Enter your Crouse Microsoft account. Username is: username@crouse.org

Using chnet\username will NOT work here.

If your browser is already logged into another Microsoft account:

· Click “Sign in with a different user”, or

· Use another browser or private/incognito mode

Step 3 — Set Up Microsoft Authenticator (First Login Only)

Follow the prompts to install and configure the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Step 4 — Continue in Browser

Select Continue in Browser. The AppStream client is not supported.

Step 5 — Choose Your Application

You’ll see a list of available applications such as Medent and Soarian. Click the one you want to launch.

Step 6 — Wait for the App to Load

The system is creating a temporary server for your session.

· Timer usually shows 2:00 or less

· Actual load may take slightly longer (up to 5 minutes)

Tips —

If You See a Soarian 408 Error: Refresh the page — this typically resolves the issue.

Launch Additional Apps: To open another app, click the Catalog button at the top.

To Switch Between Open Apps: Click the Windows button in the AppStream toolbar (Insert Screenshot 6: Catalog and Windows Buttons)

Printing: Printing is not natively supported. You can choose Print and select “DCV Printer”. That will save a PDF or XPS viewable version to your local PC. You can then print the saved off copy if necessary.
